★ It's 11:30 o'clock at night and it's currently 31°c (88°f) Who lives where it's a 31°c at 11:30 pm? *sigh* It reached 39°c (102°f) today and the forecast for tomorrow is much the same. *melts*


★ I took Winnie to the vet this evening for a check up after her operation last week. The vet remembered her. Remembered her a little too well from the alleged chaos and injuries she caused when they tried to take her blood last week. He even went as far as to tell me she was the 'second worst cat he's ever treated'. o_O

My sweet little Winnie? Second worst cat he's ever treated? But she's only a little kitten... :(

★ New episode of Kyle XY = FTW! It was so great visiting with Kyle and the Tragers again.

Flist, who else out there watches Kyle XY? I know whimsywinx and mel_b_angel do and I know Whimsy liked it. mel_b_angel did you watch it yet?


★ New episode of Leverage tonight. If Kyle was the my big TV discovery in 2008 then Leverage is my TV discovery of 2009. It just keeps getting better; it's already come a long way from the pilot. I love how the characters have developed and their relationships with each other. *loves*


★ I think I had something else to say but I can't remember what. It couldn't have been that interesting so I probably just saved y'all 30 seconds reading time which you can put to good use else where.

★ I have new friends! Hi there sin_of_pride, emotikka, powerof3, and honeyone! I update my journal fairly randomly but I always update on a Tuesday. Always. Anyway, welcome!


★ My favourite singer in the whole wide world is Richard Marx. I've loved him since I first heard 'Don't mean nothing' on American Top 40 with Casey Kasem back in 1987. I've seen him live three times - he doesn't tour Australia too often - and I have all his albums. Or at least I thought I did. I was kind of mortified to find out he'd released two albums on 31st October that I hadn't even known about let alone purchased. How did that happen? Suffice to say, the situation has now been rectified and I am now the proud owner of two new Richard Marx albums! \O/ I haven't listened to them yet but it's a bit exciting :)


★ Winchester is settling in just fine. Can you tell?

★ I have a new layout - katysam.
It's frustrating me at the moment because I don't understand Internet browsers. The header looks fine in Firefox and Google Chrome but in Internet Explorer, the bottom is cut off. :( Also, layers and CSS in LiveJournal Land is very very confusing.


★ I've started watching Kyle XY from the beginning again. It's adorable how innocent Kyle is to begin with. He's so sweet I just want to wrap him up and take him home. I finished watching season two a couple of month ago and I wasn't looking forward to waiting until 2009 to see Season 3. Turns out I don't have to wait. I just checked IMDB and it says episode 3x01 premieres on 21st November 2008. That's in ten days time! *glee*
