Hey, Tuesday! Pig 'n a Poke!

★ I have new friends! Hi there sin_of_pride, emotikka, powerof3, and honeyone! I update my journal fairly randomly but I always update on a Tuesday. Always. Anyway, welcome!


★ My favourite singer in the whole wide world is Richard Marx. I've loved him since I first heard 'Don't mean nothing' on American Top 40 with Casey Kasem back in 1987. I've seen him live three times - he doesn't tour Australia too often - and I have all his albums. Or at least I thought I did. I was kind of mortified to find out he'd released two albums on 31st October that I hadn't even known about let alone purchased. How did that happen? Suffice to say, the situation has now been rectified and I am now the proud owner of two new Richard Marx albums! \O/ I haven't listened to them yet but it's a bit exciting :)


★ Winchester is settling in just fine. Can you tell?





It didn't take her long to figure out the keyboard of my laptop is nice and warm. She looks all cute lying there but this is one behaviour I plan on nipping in the bud. I've just got to make her realise that. ;)



She can be very stealthy.



She can also be very scary. :)



And then she can be very playful.


★ I have a new layout - katysam.
It's frustrating me at the moment because I don't understand Internet browsers. The header looks fine in Firefox and Google Chrome but in Internet Explorer, the bottom is cut off. :( Also, layers and CSS in LiveJournal Land is very very confusing.


★ I've started watching Kyle XY from the beginning again. It's adorable how innocent Kyle is to begin with. He's so sweet I just want to wrap him up and take him home. I finished watching season two a couple of month ago and I wasn't looking forward to waiting until 2009 to see Season 3. Turns out I don't have to wait. I just checked IMDB and it says episode 3x01 premieres on 21st November 2008. That's in ten days time! *glee*

OOOOHHH GOD. Casey Kasem! His low tenor was practically a massage for your brain. ESPECIALLY when he went and talked about all those tearful reunion stories and dedications. ;__;

Oh 90's... I MISS THEE.

Also, ALSKJD;OIASDJ OKitten!!!! :o! My cat has not been a kitten in seven years and still, in seven years, when he's ducking like your kitty, and his eyes get huge.......... IT SCARES ME. I am always like "AOH GOD HE IS GOING TO TAKE MY HAND OFF." Sadly it only eggs him on. >_> But, I suppose, that is what makes life fun? lol

Oooh! Casey Kasem and his 'Long Distance Dedications! I'd forgotten all about them. :)

They don't stay the size of a kitten for very long, do they? And when they still behave like a kitten when they are huge it can make you nervous. *lol* But it does make them fun to have around. :)
