EDIT: This is a photo I took using my mobile phone on the way to work this morning. Exciting, huh? Yeah, I know. It's not. But you see, I really didn't mean to post it.
My story begins on Saturday morning when I downloaded one of the LJ mobile posting apps for my mobile phone. I thought it might come in handy one day.
Then this morning on the way into work I see this old car pass me and it's an IMPALA! You don't see many of them down here and I got a bit excited. And unstandably so, I'm sure you'll agree. I grabbed my phone, ready to take a happy snap as I drove past, but it wasn't meant to be. The old dude at the wheel (think 'Dean' in about 50 years without 75 year old Sammy wasn't riding shotgun - so sad) was too fast for me and the truck in front of me was too slow. This photo was my last chance I had at getting the shot.
You might be able to see the Impala - it's green and looks nothing like the Metallicar! I can't actually see what the photo looks like on LJ. Stupid work internet...
Anyway, somehow that mobile LJ application I downloaded has linked itself to my camera in the phone and now when I take a photo it automatically opens, which I didn't realise, and I must have accidentally pressed 'Post'. Oops!
Oh, well. That'll learn me. *is embarrassed.*

I believe you. I recognize it. Only because *looks down at the ground* late last year, out of curiosity I looked at older model Chevy Impalas on E-Bay. Sure enough I saw a '67 black 4-door for sale, although it had blue flames painted on the hood, going for $5000. I wondered if I could come up with the money to buy it when I got fired from my job. I haven't looked to see if it sold, although it probably did, but I saw other models on the page too.
