Have you seen how everyone has been modifying their icons to have little surgical masks on them? Just like the Joker faces everyone added when TDK came out, and the Aretha Franklin bow hat from Obama's Inauguration.

Ok so I laughed. But I can't belive how freaked out and bad people think it might be. Apparently some government has suggested we start stock piling tinned food. :/

I heard that too. I think it was the Queensland Government. o_O Nothing like inciting panic.

It's supposedly bad but I think I'm missing something somewhere too. Just read this report which said that 300 schools in the USA have been closed. There are 331 confirmed cases in the World with 13 confirmed deaths.

Not being a doctor or a scientist I don't know if that's a lot or not but I thought the 'regular' flu kills a lot more than that. Not real sure if that's comforting or not. :) Anyway, I have no idea. *shrugs* The situation probably shouldn't be made light of but wearing face masks and stocking up on tin food??? I just don't know... Seems a little extreme.
