Work!bff and I went for a walk at lunch time today and we made it as far as the beach at St Kilda West. It wasn't exactly the weather for the beach but it was a nice way to spend the hour. Or more accurately one hour and twenty minutes... but don't tell anyone. :)

We're very luck with where we work although the beach was a bit too far. We probably couldn't get away with it everyday :)

Oh, those palm trees are glorious! They make me homesick for San Diego, where I grew up. I love the beach, it always takes me to my happy place.

BTW, because of you I'm now hooked on QAF! I just watched the King of Babylon episode. Thanks for raving over it in your journal and inspiring me to watch! I still manage to blush at some point in every episode, though. *facepalm* I read that Gale Harold is joining Desperate Housewives. I just might have to start watching that show again.

They are very nice Palm Trees, and there were a lot of them. They aren't exactly typical for Melbourne so I'm not sure where they all came from. They look good though :)

I am so glad you like QAF! Did I mention it was addictive? Ooops, too late now I guess. XD Aren't the characters just so damn likeable? I love them to bits XD I know what you mean. It's a very full-on show with what it shows. As much as I love Brian Kinney, I don't think even he could make me start watching Desperate Housewives again. ;)

What beautiful pictures!!!!!! I wish I had someplace that gorgeous to walk to on my lunch hour! *pouts* Alls I got here is a downtown filled with obnoxious morons on their cells wandering around & over-privileged, under-mannered punks!!!!!!! Wait, did that sound bitter?! *grin*

Actually, I usually don't even bother to leave the building at lunch unless I have errands to run. Traffic sucks, especially with above-mentioned morons on their cells while driving!
