Dear Leverage,
this is getting ridiculous. Please be stopping taking over my life.
'K? Thanks.

Not too long ago I posted about creating stick figure Leverage characters while doodling in MS Paint.

I made tee-shirts! \O/

These two are mine. I made the blue Eliot one first. I had to do a 'What Would Eliot Do?' because, you know, he's my favourite. And then while I was out picking up a tee-shirt to make a 'Hardison' one for work!bff, I saw the pink tee-shirt and decided I needed a pink Parker one. *g*

I forgot to take a photo of the one I made for work!bff but it was a black tee with this picture on it. He wore it to work on Friday which was ace. I'm pretty sure he likes it and isn't just humouring me. ;)
There's something cool about walking around a shopping centre wearing a tee-shirt with a graphic on it which very few people would understand. My sister and her kids, who I have got hooked on the show, dropped by on the weekend. They didn't know anything about the tee-shirts but my niece recognised them for what they were right away (I had the Eliot one on). Now I have to make her a purple Parker one. :D
If by some crazy random happenstance the day arrives when a complete stranger walks up to me and says either, "She would jump off a building!" or "He would hit somebody!", I'm not sure I'll be able to contain my excitement.

I can't say I've actually thought about going into mass production but now that you've brought it up, I'm sure I'll be thinking about it. So, stay tuned. ;)

BTW did you see the Ghostfacers new website? If not, check out the Watch & Learn. The first video is the one they showed on 4x17, although on the episode they didn't show the safety glasses check. And the GMA (Ghost Martial Arts) instructional is hilarious.

I hadn't seen the Ghostfacers new website yet. I'll be sure to check it out. Thanks for the link. :D

Even though Eliot is my favourite, I really like my Parker tee-shirt. The colours look better and it's the actual quote.

I really want to make us all Team!Shortbus tee-shirts for Sydney. Thoughts? Ideas?
From:

Um... I have no idea at all [sorry, I'm not very helpful!] but we should probably have the phrase "Team Shortbus" on there somewhere I think, lol! I'll ask Robyn, y/y?

Did you use iron-on transfers? I usually fabric paint, but some designs I want are a bit more complicated. WOE.

Heh, I love all the funny looks that you can. Or the people that stare and you can see them trying to figure it out in their head. LOL! :D

Yep, I used iron-ons. I'd love to screen print because they would last a lot longer but the set up is pretty expensive and the finer detail would be so hard to do. I don't think I'd have the patience or nerver to use fabric paint free hand. :)
The Eliot one is the regular white/light shirt transfers. You can't really see it in the photo but the yellow/green colour looks green in real life but it's meant to be yellow. Also it's been washed once and you can see the cracks in the transfer already.
The Parker one is with a black/coloured shirt transfer. It worked alot better and seems to have washed a lot better too.

Well, the only designs that I free hand are like block text or block images, like say the Metallicar. Nothing to fancy, other wise I get cranky at it. Hee.
