Day #6: Christmas baking.

Today it was Chocolate Royal Christmas Puddings...







Below are the cookies I made on Thursday night. I took them into work on Friday to hand out to my colleagues and the people who work in the sandwich shop downstairs. :)

The Linzer cookies are a bit of work but the little chocolate puddings couldn't be easiser! A packet of Chocolate Royals (I'm pretty sure they are are similar to your Mallomars), white chocolate, green icing made into leaves, and a Jaffa on top! (Not sure if you guys have an equivalent of a Jaffa...)
