I think it should just be Daylight Savings time all year around. Everywhere. We are still on Daylight Savings time here. Usually we would have switched back to normal time the same weekend you switch to Daylight Savings. However, this year for reasons I am yet to figure out we have an extra three weeks. And then we go back on Daylight Savings in the first week October, almost a month earlier than usual. *shrugs*
