yep, I'm more for finale #4 too because honestly a scenario when evil has been completely defeated is not credible... I mean, it's not possible to eliminate all the evil in the world. there will always be a fight between evil and good... so yeah, scenario #4 is very reliable and it would avoid the "PAIN" problem for us...
having both the guys dead is also possible even if I would see it like aort of win of the evil on the good and I don't know if that would be the right conclusion for a serie like SPN... (and yeah, I'd cry for months, of course)
so we'll see... Kripke has a big responsability on his shoulders...
