Hey, Tuesday! Pig 'n a Poke!

~ Three more sleeps to a new episode. Cool, huh? I was more of less unspoiled until I saw The CW website this morning but it was SO WORTH IT! If you don't mind being kind of spoiled, go check it out.

~ Mum and Dad left for an overseas trip last night. They are going to Egypt, England and France.

~ That's all I've got to say this fine Tuesday night but I will leave you with a photo behind a cut.

It's behind at cut for a few reasons:
1. Some/all of you may not want to see it.
2. It's Rugby League related and I know most of you aren't interested in Rugby League, however...
3. It is of naked Rugby League players with a strategically placed Premiership Trophy.



If you've made it this far you might like to know this was taken after Melbourne Storm's Grand Final win in 1999. I was looking for some old Storm related files and found this picture on one of my backup CDs. Every couple of years I find it and forward it to friends so we can all relive the good 'ol days. This time I thought I'd post it here. At least I'll know where to find it in the futre.

The dude in the front is Aaron Moule and the dude under the shower showing us his bum is Craig Smith. Craig Smith was my favourite player in the early Storm years. He's now a fireman. Just saying.

Those goodies over at the CW were excellent! I have to admit that I was kind of surprised that they (the CW) did that.

Hope your folks have a great trip! Their destinations sound exciting.

The CW did a great job with the Ghostfacers website. I loved the little details, like 'them' defacing Dean and Sam and drawing all over them. *gigggles*

I think you'd like Fireman!Craig. I know he could save me anytime ;)

I've just checked the website and it's still there. I was afraid once the episode had aired they'd take it down. Hopefully it'll be up for a while for us to enjoy.

It's all about the number of sleeps. lol. There's only 6 sleeps until the next one now :D
It does get a little depressing during the summer hiatus when there's something like 160 sleeps until the start of the next season :(

I heard from Mum and Dad a couple of days ago and I think they were experiencing some kind of culture shock. Apparently Cairo is very busy and very crowded and very hot and very dusty. But they're having a good time :)

Yeah, they were both very much looking forward to going to Egypt. I'm quite jealous of their trip. :) The feeling of history linked to the place must be incredible.

I spoke to them a couple of days ago and they were enjoying themselves. I love travelling too. Everytime I hear about someone going away I get itchy feet. :)

Nope, I didn't edit the post but those kinds of general comments from people make me feel guilty and make me wonder if I've done something wrong. I'm usually pretty careful about spoilers and I'd hate to think anything I post ruins an episode for someone else. I guess the problem is people have different levels of tolerance to spoilers and even what they consider to be spoilers.

I did have a good Thursday... and Friday and Saturday. :) I can't believe I've only just got around to responding to these comments. That work stuff has a lot to answer for *shakes fist* ;)
